The GPS Rescue Tracker: help, already there.

Victims of trafficking and abuse are moved through public places every day — surrounded by people, yet unable to safely ask for help. The one place a victim is reliably alone, even for a moment, is a restroom stall. That's exactly where we put help.

Program 01 · The flagship

A dispenser in the stall. A tracker in her hand.

Our dispensers are placed inside women's restroom stalls in public transportation hubs — the one private moment a victim in transit may get. Inside is a small GPS rescue tracker. She takes one, activates it, and trained responders begin moving toward her exact location.

No phone needed. No call to make. No visible cry for help that a trafficker could see.

How it works

Four steps to safety.

1

Grab

She takes a tracker from the dispenser in the restroom stall — quietly, in seconds.

2

Activate

Activating the tracker silently signals that she needs help.

3

Locate

Real-time GPS gives responders her exact, moving location.

4

Rescue

Trained law enforcement moves in and brings her to safety.

Proven in the field

Tested with the people who respond.

We don't ask anyone to trust an idea. We've run live trials side by side with the agencies who will answer the call.

13

Trial runs completed

Conducted with police, sheriff's, and federal agencies.

9:15

Average rescue time

From tracker activation to rescue, across all trials.

<5 min

Projected in a live event

Responding officers project under five minutes in a real abduction, when a verified victim location triggers a BOLO — a "be on the lookout" alert that sends every available unit.

And once a tracker is in play, the law is on her side: thanks to Utah H.B. 354, tampering with rescue tracking equipment is now a crime.

Legislative Advocacy

Technology can only save lives if the law protects it. Utah H.B. 354 — passed without a single opposing vote and signed in March 2026 — makes tampering with rescue tracking equipment a crime. Georgia and California are next, with champions identified in all 50 states.

Awareness & Survivor Support

Rescue is only the first step. Through education, awareness campaigns, and connections to recovery resources, we help survivors of trafficking, domestic violence, and youth homelessness step into their next chapter with dignity.
